By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that products will be used solely for lawful laboratory research purposes.

Cellaris does not provide medical advice and does not make therapeutic, performance, cosmetic, or health-related claims regarding its products.

 

5. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel orders

• Limit quantities

• Verify customer information

Orders suspected of misuse may be declined.

 

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

 

7. Shipping

We offer domestic and international shipping, subject to applicable laws and carrier restrictions. Shipping availability does not confirm that a product is permitted in the destination country.

Before ordering, international customers must verify that the products may lawfully be imported into their country and obtain any required permits or authorizations. Customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

We do not ship to destinations where shipment of the ordered products is prohibited by applicable law.

Except where required by applicable law, we do not offer refunds or replacements for products seized or confiscated by customs because they are prohibited in the destination country.

 

8. Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return within 15 days after delivery by contacting support@cellarisus.com with their order number.

For change-of-mind returns, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact. Opened or used products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Products that arrive defective or damaged are eligible for review and return. Please contact us with your order number and photos showing the issue. Damage caused after delivery by use or improper handling is not covered.

Cellaris Peptides covers return shipping for approved returns, including change-of-mind returns and products that arrived defective or damaged. No restocking fee is charged. Contact us for return instructions before shipping any product back.

Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method within 15 days after we receive and inspect the returned products.

If additional time is needed to ship an authorized return, please contact us to arrange an extension.

Exchanges are also accepted within 15 days after delivery. For change-of-mind exchanges, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact. Products that arrived defective or damaged are also eligible for exchange after review. Contact support@cellarisus.com with your order number to arrange an exchange.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Cellaris Peptides shall not be liable for:

• Misuse of products

• Improper handling

• Use outside of laboratory research

Purchaser assumes full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws.

 

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cellaris Peptides from any claims arising from improper use of purchased products.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Cellaris Peptides operates.
